How do players outside of South Korea/Japan submit tickets?
PUBG Mobile is currently serviced worldwide.
PUBG Mobile Support is serviced for players located in South Korea/Japan. Players outside of the above regions need to submit your ticket to Tencent CS by following the instruction below:
1. Log into PUBG Mobile 2. Settings (▲ button on the right side of the lobby screen, tap Settings) 3. Select 'Player Support' at the bottom left 4. Submit your ticket ※ How to attach screenshots - Android: Select the 'clip' icon on the top right corner of the screen - iOS: Select the 'camera' icon on the bottom left corner of the screen
