Check Network Permissions
Please check Settings → Apps → PUBG Mobile → Permissions → Allow Network.
The game cannot connect to the server without permission.
Change and Reset Network
Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and if you are using a VPN, be sure to turn it off.
Turning Airplane Mode off and on or restarting your device is also effective.
Clear Cache and Data
Try Settings → Apps → PUBG Mobile → Storage → Clear Cache.
If the problem persists, try resetting the app data as well (re-login required).
