Crew leader can apply to attend the challenge. Then the crew will go through the qualifying rounds, tournaments and then the finals.
If a crew qualifies to enter the tournament rounds or above, extra rewards are rewarded.
The higher rank the crews reach, the greater prize they will be rewarded with.
