Check Device Volume
Check the volume using the side volume buttons on your device and ensure that Silent/Vibration mode is not enabled.
Check In-Game Volume Settings
Go to Settings → Sound Settings and check that none of the items, such as Master Volume, Sound Effects, and BGM, are set to 0.
For iOS devices, please disable Silent mode using the external Silent switch or in the volume settings.
Check Audio Output Devices
Check that Bluetooth earphones or external speakers are properly connected and that the earphone jack is plugged in correctly.
Restart and Reinstall the Game
Completely close the game and restart it; if the problem persists, try reinstalling the game.
